Sampling Systems

bbi-biotech produces sampling systems for all applications in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics and chemical industry.

Sampling systems by bbi-biotech GmbH connect all offline-analytical instruments to every kind of bioreactor. Vessels made of stainless steel, glass or disposable ones as well as bags can be equipped directly or with bypass-solutions. Embedded in a sterile air cushion, the samples are piped through a probe to the analytical instrument. Our probes made of steel or plastics and all tube materials are produced in the clean room and are pre-sterilised.

We distinguish:

  1. Particle free and especially cell free samples from biotechnological processes (sample is filtered),
  2. Full samples, i.e particles, microorganisms and cells are sampled,
  3. Fast full samples for analyzing reaction kinetics.

The Key to PAT2

Offline-analysis nearly reduces to analysis time, which enables the direct use of the determined parameters for process control. This allows for new methods of process control and quality assurance of biotechnological processes in the sense of the PAT-initiative of the FDA.

Due to the flexibility of the disposable sampling probe, our system can be used with every reactor dimension. Your investments in expensive analysis systems get an entirely new value for your process development and quality control.
